Top Foods and Tips to Promote Hair Growth

As we continue to grow and find new tools that battle hair loss naturally, we also need to give serious thought about what we put in our bodies to be able to obtain natural hair regrowth.  While it is very important to cleanse and feed nutrients to the scalp daily, that alone will not bring back fuller, healthy hair.  After years of studies and clinical research we have made many improvements but none more important than dietary changes.  Below are a few food tips and recommendations we make to our clients.

These vitamins assist in the production of new cells, which in turn conditions the hair and promotes hair growth.  There are a wide range of juicers available on the market. EXTRA TIPS:

Alfalfa Sprouts – The only plant that supplies a full range of vitamins from A, B, C, E to K.  Sprinkle a hand full daily in sandwiches, wraps or salads. 

Wheat Germ – Wheat germ is a source of fibers and several essential nutrients including folic acid, vitamin E, thiamin, zinc and niacin. Add a scoop to your juices or protein shakes daily.
